My name is Edna

I have chosen the name "loving changes" because  in my experience change is the time where light and darkness show themselves, it is when we are most vulnerable and able to shift our awareness and can create loving changes that last and are meaningful for ourselves and others.

I have over 30 years of experience and understanding of holding and supporting people from all walks of life.

I have studied worked and taught as  yoga, Shiatsu, Reiki teacher, crystal healing, aroma therapy,  I ran woman circles, supported adults children with additional needs and their families, worked as a counsellor in addictions field for 10 years. In 2020 I was ordained as a OneSpirit minister that gives me the ability and knowledge to hold life ceremonies from birth to death, framing precious moments of life, Baby blessings, officiate marriages, hold funerals, provide support at end of life. I offer sessions of  spiritual accompaniment  to support and empower individuals in enhancing their life.

I love what I do and I am so honoured to do this , I provide you with a Bespoke ceremony  in advance, we will create the ceremony  together so it will reflect you, I will provide and hold sacred space for you when we work together, My services are built to listen to you and support you, and empower you in your life . I love my  work, and I love my art. Your life is precious to me, and I never forget that commitment to hold you in positive regard and compassion and to support you and hold the space for you where you are .
